Organized Stamps

I took on the project of getting my craft room in better working order. With all of the stuff I'm into, this was no small undertaking! And I love everything to be super organized and easily accessible. I know some people are only creative in a chaotic environment, but not me. I need to know exactly where I can find things and only when things are in their place and everything is all clear, can I concentrate on a new project.

One of the best tools I have every purchased to help me on this quest is my label maker. I am CONSTANTLY using this everywhere. Add in all the different plastic storage containers I get at WalMart, and I am in major organization mode!

Case in point: over the last couple of months I have gotten into collecting rubber stamps for cardmaking and such. I placed them all on the floor in front of me and came up with a catagorized system for the different types of stamps I own (i.e. Boyds Bears, Changito, Christmas & Background stamps, to name a few). Then, with my trustly label maker and 4 sets of plastic drawer units, I organized all of the stamps so that they can easily be found without digging through piles and piles of them.

Here is the end result:

Ahhhh, it makes me feel better just looking at it. :)
